Alexey ‘Hich’ Kuznetsov aka L33CH is a DJ and sound producer from Yaroslavl.

‘When I received an offer to collect a track from the sounds of nature, animals, and people recorded by Greenpeace, the first thing that came to my mind was that it would be something melancholic, calling people to change their minds, right?

But rummaging through the sounds, I painted a completely different picture — an old holiday, a ritual, the celebration of life. This is how the Offspring track has appeared on behalf of my ethnic side project L33CH.

This composition is the minimum that I can do for the planet. If the release with project participants arouses interest and desire to delve into ecology and climate issues among at least a small number of people, I will be damn happy’.

«Когда мне поступило предложение собрать трек из звуков природы, животных и людей, записанных Greenpeace, первое что пришло в голову — это будет что то меланхоличное, с призывом к людям одуматься, разве нет?

Но покопавшись в звуках, я нарисовал совершенно другую картину — старинный праздник, обряд, празднование жизни. Так появился трек Offspring от лица моего этнического сайд-проекта L33CH.

Эта композиция — меньшее, что я могу сделать в отношении планеты. Если релиз с участниками проекта вызовет интерес и желание углубится в вопросы экологии и климата хотя бы у малого количества людей, я буду чертовски рад».
